How to fill g5 register

We are using G5 Register for employees since last 15 years.
But being some practice we only used to use the wage slip portion and left the upper part blank. (My deceased father was also doing so)
Now I want to fill the G5 register of last 2 years. My queries are :
1. Can I myself fill the attendence timings of the employees ?
2. We pay 30 days Leave Encashment annually. And do not adjust Privilege Leave or Casual Leave every month.
Now how to fill the Casual and Privilege Leave Portion ?

1. No. This shall be illegal on your part.
2. If you do not allow carry forward then why to fill old register? If you provide the facility of carry forward then you should start it afresh.

Thanks for early reply...
1. Labour Inspector wants to see it. Whether I can show it blank ?
(There is nothing mentioned in the minimum wages act that who will mark the attendence. also the employees never objected on non-marking of the attendence)
2. Somebody has told me that we have to fill the leave portion of the G5 register. Whether I can show it blank ?
(Important to mention here that Employees never give application for any leave taken by them.)
