Dear and respected experts as you all know about me and my case of nullification under section 25 of spl marriage act.
I and my advocate went throgh the petition and noticed one thing that 1)i forced my wife and threatened her to marry if not i would suicide and kill her2)I was fraud to ger about my job.
My question is they say that the consecnt to the marriage was fraud and also i threatened her is it correct. They agree that i was fraud and why should i force her.If the consent to the marriage was fraud the there is no need to force it is our view.if any thing you please reply me experts.

you have to deny the allegations . your wife has to make out a case if she wants a reliefs from courts . you have to prove it is false case if you have any evidence in support of your stand . go by your lawyer advice .

As advised above, you shall deny the allegations and fight the case on its merit to disprove those allegations.

If there are contradoctory statements or any statements which does not make sense, then it will be advantageous to you.

Mere allegation does not suffice, she has to prove her allegations in the petition. Deny all the petition paras.

Your logic could not be comprehended.
Anyway do not fail and neglect to deny the allegations. That is all.
The burden of proof to prove the case is upon the plaintiff only.

Merely leveling the allegations is not its success. You have every opportunity to rebut the charges and even prove that the allegations itself are part of fraud being played by wife with you. There is no ground of nullification in the given case.
