My husband deserted me. He applied for Null & Void in grounds - compelled to marry him. And I have applied for RCR. But he is not appearing for any hearing in both the cases. I contacted his lawyer also. He is not interested in Reunioin and not willing to give any alimony also it seems. Now I heard from his friends that he is going to London to do MBA. 1.I want to stop him to go to foreign . How to proceed?( if he go thr, it will take time for me to proceed the divorce case) 2.I need alimony with divorce. But he s not willin to give t seems. How to proceed

your only filed RCR against your husband, you must file maintenance case against your husband, you inform to the court not to allow to go foreign without court order and case completion.

I agree with Ajay Sethi. If he has got any ancestral property and you have got a child then file a suit for partition and seperate possession claiming your and you child's share.

There are lot of legal recourse available in your favour. File a case under PWDV Act and get the necessary maintenance and alternative accommodation.
However that will not tie him down from going abroad. For that you need to file case u/s 498A IPC and apply for surrender of Passport.

He is in London to do MBA. Let him go for study! why you want him in India?? when he harass you. you get the divorce ex parte ) 2.You are earning. Why you want alimony?? don't be greedy, you want re-union also!!
