Evidentiari value- facts

(Querist) 04 February 2012 This query is : Resolved
the facts are- if a famous personality goes to a tv show having lie detector wires attached to his seat- for example a serial like "sach ka saamna"....and if he is asked a ques about his wife's murder which happened a year before he participated in that show.....he gave his answer in a negative showing his innocene, but the lie detector machine denied his answer and held him to be lying...in such a case..will the admission be admissible in courts?and will it have evidentiary value?
