Legal hire certificate

I would like to be cleared about a query stating, my cousin and i own a property jointly of which my cousin has expired 3yrs back . Am his only guardian, his parent have also expired he's a bachelor, now i would like to know if i could apply for a legal hire certificate to make my document a clear one for my future process. I would be thankful if you can clear out my doubt and give me Ur valuable suggestions.

you need to obtain Succession Certificate...

visit some local lawyer and proceed as per the procedure...otherwise it will not be possible for you to transfer his estate to your name.
