Dear experts,
I am a muslim working in the middle east, i got married to a girl in my place in the month of april 2011, for 3 months we live together, from the beginning itself i am not happy with my wife with aurogant behaviour. She used to argue with me for many silly things about my parents and i tried many times to convince her, asked her to behave properly with my parents. Mean while i have lost my job in middle east and i am trying to get job seriously. During that time she want to go to her parents home, I told her i will join with you later please you go alone for the time being. In next day itself their parents along with local roudies around 35 persons came to my home and closed our house doors and abuse us like any thing and tried to beat us and warned we will kill you ,that time my brother resisted them and said we will complaint to police. Then Immedeately they called the police and police taken me to the police station and they kept me for some hours after that Circle inspector came they have taken me to the CI. I asked them why you pepole are doing this with us i never done anything wrong i never scolded my wife, same she has accepted before the Circle inspector and she said i do not want live along with my parents. Then they demaded seperate my parents. One persons on behalf of us asked them why you pelople done this, then they replied that we want to make him get fear. I said i need some time i donot have any job now, mean while i got the visa and came to dubai, for job searching for job seriously, she used to call and used to abuse like anything then i said i do not want to talk to you , and i am not talking with her from the past 6 months. During this period they warned every body in my side that they will kill us. Then they have filed a false case 498 against me, police arrested my parents along and my cousins who are studying in college. In the police station their people came abused my mother and my cousins saying that police also ours we will kill all of you, the inspector also with them and he laughing with those worlds. My mother got afraid of all these things and said sir we cant bear this all please give us some poison we will die hereitself then those persons replied that give her the poison she want to die hereitself with abusing words. Then police taken them to the court and parents got bail and proceding are going on. Now my wife side people want to compromise on demanding some money. They knows that they have done all this to give us trouble. My lawyer insisting us to compromise on giving some money otherwise they will create many false cases. I do not want their relationship any more. Please advise me what can i do and how can proceed.

If there is no wrong on your part, and if the case is filed on the basis of false allegations, then i suggest to fight the case on its merit and don't give into pressure.

DO NOT COW DOWN TO A FALSE CASE.
HOWEVER COMPROMISE WOULD BE BEST BET SUBJECT TO HER DIVORCE FOR EVER PAYING HER MEHER.
