Sir,
Please,provide me some Supreme Court Judgement(Ruiling)relating to the matter of HUF, that some body used Huf in a sale deed of agriculture land, without having any other male family member except him self,
means three daughters and his wife is there in his family.
How can he used the HUF. Is it right in the eye of law or wrong, if wrong provide me the citations in this regard.
