You are a student and asking a question of an acadmic nature to solve your academic exercise. That is neither a good habit of learning, nor in the interest of your career.
Sove queries with the help of your teacher and if you still have any doubt on some particular point of solution provided by your teacher, only then try to bother the experts.

There is no such condition to obtain permission from Govt. to impart education of law in India but if the person is an employee then he has not only to seek permission but also leave for that purpose as the education of law is a full time course.

Does ur query relate to run coaching classes for LLB course? If so, it does not require Govt permission.
