Parking discrimination for tenant

Hi, I stay as a tenant in this society and have taken place a month ago. The Society is not allowing me to park my car inside the society showing me the reasons of the resolutions and other such laws they have passed. Actually there is a lot of space available but as per them there are a few owners who have 2 cars and they have made one car of these owners to be parked outside. so if they allocate me to park my car inside these owners will have issues. Also they show me the reason that my car is a long vehicle and does not allow me for parking. but I can see there is lot of space and this will not be a problem. Also there was theft attempt and the thieves tried to steal my car 2 weeks ago. This is known to them but they are adamant. Also they tell me that I need to wait till the Next AGM which will happen at its own sweet time. My owner and agent are also of not much help here. Please advice me so that I can show them / threat them with some Law articles etc and make them to take my car inside the gate or else there will consequences kind of. Please help.

as tenant you dont have rights in society . the owner of flat has to issue notice to society for allotment of car parking slot .
you can put pressure on owner of flat . inform him that you will vacate flat if issue not resolved

Bring this fact to the notice of the owner of the flat. Being a tenent you can file a suit for injunction against the persons who is obstructing for the parking of car.
