Appeal ag. ordes of lower court

lower court has passed eviction orders on grounds of non payment of rent.case was decided exparte for the reasons not filing w/s nor appaearing on various dates fixed by court..pl. guide in how many days appeal can be preffered in session court i.e court above lower court. before filing appeal is it necessary to pay rent arreaers

u should file for the stay of execution of eviction orders asap. pay the rents prior to this so that u don't go to the court with unclean hands.

Why not file application to set aside the exparte order immediately? No use of filing an appeal in the higher court. Your failure to appear in the lower court and file your defence will be a major hurdle to any appeal and you may not succeed.
