If a person filed a suit in High Court using wrong documents supplied by Govt Officers. And the Govt. is not taking action against concerned Govt. officers.
In the situation, Can I go to media and show the documents to public claiming unresponsive govt.?
Is there any violation of High Court because matter is pending beofore him? However, High Court has not given any stay order/order regarding matter after 5 hearings.

What is the suit for?
What is the govt. document that you are saying is wrong and on what basis?

The govt officers issued RTI reply to plaintiff regarding my upcoming business. The same was wrong and revised by the concerned officers within time. This was due to collusion between officer & plaintiff. Now, plaintiff filed a writt petition in HC and ask for stay. But, HC neither issue Stay order nor deny after 5 hearings.
The Govt. officers, now, not allowing me to further process and stating that the matter is in court.

The said documents can be exhbited and the concerned officer be called to testify the veracity of those documents.
