Society secretary nusiance

how do i file complaint against society secretary nusiance for not issuing NOC. ??? is there any other way round to by pass society secretary nusiance. Chairman of society has no problem signing NOC document. It's society secretary who is creating problem.

You can lodge complaint with the Registrar of the Cooperative Society of your locality.
He would adjudicate the issue.
If there is no impediment in issuance of NOC the Society is bound to do that.

Send a Regd Letter to Secretary of Society. with a copy to Registrar of the Cooperative Society of your locality.

If NOC not issued within 15 days , lodge complaint c Ast Registrar co-op soc.

my dear sir who told you NOC of society is a must ? you dont need NOC of society for sale of flat .

if NOC is required for laon purposes then have you given notice to society of your intention to sell the flat ? have you made application in writing for issue of NOC ?

if after written application society does not issue NOC then you request Secretary to place the issue in agenda of Mamnaging Committee .

Thank you all for answering my questions. I wanted to sale my flat in india, Society secretary personal interest was to buy my flat at lower price and I found buyer which was ready to give me more. I will have registar handle the situation.
