Answers for all ur queries can be got from the Registrar's office in the Court.Court fee payable depends on the value of the subject matter in dispute and the scale of fee prescribed in the state's Court Fee Act. Order of stitching the papers for filing in the court differ from court to court. Pl discuss with the concerned court staff.

In Gujarat in Dist. Court, the court fee depends upon the type of case for e.g. under MV Act several applications are to be filed and for each application separate fee is to be paid. For e.g. for main application for compensation U/S 160 MVA Rs. 10 to be paid. For any other Civil Case fee varies from case to case. Any Board Clerk can give you the details.
