Dear Counsellors,
Please enlighten me
a) when a bail order expires (bail issued for an FIR registered u/s 409 CrPC)
b) What are the provisions/procedure if an accused admits guilt berofe the SHO during the process of release on bail in respect of a crime registered u/s09 of CrPC
c) Can SHO submit Charge Sheet without enquiring the Accused?
d) How long can a Judge keep the Charge Sheet pending with him and continue to post further? (Examination has not yet commenced even after nearly 22 months after receipt of the Charge Sheet from SHO, and more than 10 appearances before the Judge)
e) What remedies an accused has in the above case?
Thanking you Sirs,

Bail once granted remains in force as long as it is not cancelled or the Bond is discharged.
Please spell out your problem. If there is delay in submission of charge sheet then apply before the Magistrate for direction upon the police.
