pls guide me which option is best in high court.CRPC.482. or Article 226 constitution of India. For quash charge sheet in a 498a. What is the remedy available 482 crpc and article 226.

Filled high court Article 226 for quashing 498a IPC. High court now asking if Remedy is available in 482 crpc itself. Why you filled Article 226 CONSTITUTUION OF INDIA.
Kindly give me some suggestion how I will convince High court to proceed farther. Any good judgment recording this.
Kindly give me some suggestion any remedy can I ask like until 482crpc decide not to harras like that.

Pls Gide M.o.u Both the side signed. High court admitting that respondent withdraw part amount but now High court is telling that charge sheet filed based on that Magistrate taken a cognizant. Witness also has to give deposition. Now quashing derail the Criminal case and its gives injustice to the respondent. It is very urgent. Pls Gide and
