Discrepancies in date of birth

Hi, i m having problem regarding different date of birth in my 10th certificate( DOB is 1984) and Birth certificate (DOB is 1987), the date on birth certificate is correct one, when i contacted school authority, they said it is because of TC of my primary school where birth date got wrong, how can i get my birth date correct in my 10th certificate, kindly help me.

You can rectify the said date of borth of yours by publishing in the official gazette of your state. You need to fill up a form, pay necessary charges and produce the attested/certified copy of documents. Original documents shall be presented for verification.
