Appointment to employee

(Querist) 29 July 2012 This query is : Resolved 
shall we issue an appointment to employee stating that you will have probation for 1 year and after completion of 3 months probation your salary will up i.e. 8000 to 10000. If he is on probation how it is possible ? confusion.
