Land conveyance deed signing amount to landowner

(Querist) 31 July 2012 This query is : Resolved
Sir
my father is a farmer and given a land in borivali West Mumbai(15800 sq. ft.) to builder for construction of building in 1985, under the urban land act 1976.
now the building is going for redevelopment
with another builder and they want us to sign the conveyance deed as we are the actual owner. how much should we expect for the signing amount as the old builder had given us very small amount in 1985.

Can society/New builder, find some other way of Land (title) transfer. if yes, then, what should we do to get the benefit.

how can we say how much you can expect for signing conveyance deed?

if you had given land in 1985 what agreement was executed with builder? was it stamped and regd?

It is a a matter of mutual settlement.

u want more, builder want to give minimum possible,

Price is a equilibrium of demand & supply. only u two are deciding factors, not we.
