suit posted for final hearing. the entire contention of the defendant that the amount is paid by the plaintiff directly to a foreign bank. now cbi found that there is no such foreing bank exists. cbi asserts the said fact in their charge and CFSL report. i want to produce the certified copy of the said charge and CFSL report in the civil case. plaintiff evidence closed already.

filed suit for recovery of money. defendant collected money promising to place the plaintiff abroad. under instruction form the defendant, they showed the exhibit A7 documet and relying the words and that document shown by the defendants plaintiff paid the amount from their bank accout to a foreign company. in this suit for recovery of money, the defendant contented that they have no liability since the whole amount is paid to the foreign copany. cbir report says that there is no such company in existance. that report i want to produce.
