(Querist) 15 August 2012 This query is : Resolved 
SA is pending before DRT but DRT rejected IA( Stay Application). However, No reply was filed by Bank on IA (Stay Application). Can I approach DRAT and will it help me?

Yes, u can go to DRAT.

Yes, but you shall have to deposit at least 25% of the amount mentioned in the demand notice.

If the stay petition was dismissed by DRT, your only remeady is to prefer appeal before DRAT and seek stay order.
