Dear Sir/Madam

I have been ordered for GOLD BAR of 2 Gm at indiatimes shopping under an offer in which price of 2 gm gold bar is 4970 Rs. only. my order has been confirmed by the seller and payment has also been made by me. now seller informed me that my order has been cancelled but there is no reason has been mentioned. now in this situation what to do?

Kindly informed me as soon as possible.

If you have got back the money then nothing could be done.
Else you can file case under consumer protection act for return of money and for compensations well.

for rs 4970 filing case before consumer forum is not worth while . you will spend more than that amount on fees. take refund of money

Sir I want to know that what is the jurisdiction of the case. amount paid through net banking.

jurisdcition would be where cause of action arose. i present cas you have not disclosed details from area wherein you placed order . bank from where payment made .
