I had noticed this term while searching for a case detail "Marikkar Motors vs Mrs. Mary Pauloe 1991(2) SPR 251"
is it some legal publication?

dear Dhingraji,the case is regarding limitation of appeal,i.e the no.of days of 30 days count from the knowledge of the judgement....
in fact,I had a google search and could not get the details of "SPR"

I am sure it must be some law reporter.My google search also could not locate it;but I have never come across this journal.
Google search result reads the term as"School Psychology Review (SPR) " which surely does not fit to our problem posed here.

Please write full sentence where the term SPR 251 has been used. Rather it would be better if the concerned paragraph in full is reproduced to enable the experts to decipher the term.

thanks to dear Dhingraji and Prabhakarji for your kind response.
I do not have any further details,except that the said case deals with limitation period for appeal.
.....as per this the limitation starts from the date of knowledge of the judgement and no need for the actual receipt of the judgement order....it goes something like this. Only after the full judgement,we can come to a conclusion and as such the query posted for guidance of learned experts.

Your present post with aspersions cast on the experts is quite uncalled for. When you, being the querist, are unable to provide detailed background, source and full citation, how you can expect that the experts should know your mind and satisfy you with their reply to your query.
The question arises, when I asked you "please write full sentence where the term SPR 251 has been used," did you provide any such sentence or paragraph where the word "SPR 251" was used. Whatever sentence you wrote in reply did not contain any such word "SPR 251."
I fully understand that you quoted some text from some foreign judgment (not Indian) in some foreign country's case. The said word SPR 251 could have been the abbreviation of some foreign law reporter. It is beyond anyone's understanding what purpose of yours the full term of SPR 251 could serve if you could know that. NATURALLY, YOU POSTED ONE IRRELEVANT QUESTION WHERE YOU EVEN FAILED TO QUOTE FULL CITATION OF THE CASE.
But still you try to show your anguish against the experts.
