Correction of caste in school transfer certificate

Dear Sir,
I want to know what is the procedure to change/correction regarding caste in school transfer certificate, whether only with court affidavit is sufficient or should i file a suit?

You will to file a suit for mandatory injunction after following the procedure laid down u/s 80 of CPC
