Motor vehicle act 1988

(Querist) 25 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
as per rule 100 safety glass of wind screen and windows of a vehicle shall be such that transmission of light will not be less than 70 percent and 50 percent respectively. local police in MP is requring 100 percent transperancy. is there any amendment in rules which empowers police to enforce 100 percent transperancy

you have to check the local rules in MP .

You have to check the MP state Motor Vehicle Act together with Central Motor Vehicle Act.
