I am not used to battles of a social and legal nature so I would implore you to advise me of what exactly I need to study so that the truth may prevail.
Recently I was arrested under the pretext of 506(2), 323, 504, and held for almost two months until relief with PB bail the chargesheet contains references to the previous cases no lawyer is willing to defend me are there any law books that I can read, can I use this opportunity to expose my father and his relatives secret alliance in my mother’s intestate assets?

The query is too long to be read and answered.
However, from the last para of your query I assume that no local lawyer is willing to defend you for the reason that the complainant/opposite party either happens to be a lawyer or someone who is well connected to the local bar. In that case you may engage a lawyer from another city/state.
Don't venture to defend yourself by reading a book on IPC. Carving out the exact line of defence in such trials is an expert task. You will damage your case by defending yourself in person. A criminal trial hinges on an effective cross examination, which is not mentioned in any book. Only a professional would know what to say and what not to in a criminal trial.
