1.As per the directive 79 A , what does a realistic feasibility report means?Can you explain me in details.Does a Feasibility report have any connection with the Developer tender document?In our Societys case a SGBM was held and some Feasibility report was passed which was basically only a sugesstion letter by some of the members.Also a copy has not been given

Dear Sir, Our society is in the process of Redevelopment and we are following the procedure as per the Govt. directive 79 A. The selection of final PMC have been done. He had made 11Feasibility report of 4 pages each which contained Area plot, FSI, TDR, CORPUS FUND, RENT, and EXTRA AREA TO BE GIVEN ETC…Some of the members (ABOUT 43 OUT OF 75)found that the PMCs feasibility report was not favoring the society since the PMC had presented with Minimum values gains for the society. Later some of the active members through some external sources found out the potential of our plot and gave a suggestion letter on the Feasibility Report to the M.C stating how much Max. we could get out of our plot and the same was signed by 43 .The M.C. never bothered to our suggestions and went ahead with the SGBM to pass the Feasibility Report .An SGBM was held and a Feasibility report was passed which was basically he same suggestion letter given by 43 of the members. Also a copy of the final Feasibility report with all details has not been given to anyone. Now the M.C. is going ahead with the developer tender documents .My question is that can we proceed further without knowing the final Feasibility report? Does a developer Tender document have any link/ connection with the developer tender document?

you are entitled as member of the society for copy of the feasibility report . make application . agree to pay charges

Sir,thank You for your prompt reply.For your information i have already applied for the same on 17 Oct, but there is no response for the M.C. side.
