Divorce in goa

Hi i just wanted to know what are the rights of a husband regarding division of assets and regarding child visitation, staying with her after divorce according to divorce laws in goa.I am not yet divorced and what is the process of divorce.

There is no special law in GOA. It is as usual like other parts of India.
The divorce does not entitle your wife to claim share in the property.
In mutual divorce both of you can mutually agree for terms of divorce including quantum of alimony.
If she is working person then you are not legally bound to give maintenance .

I got married in a church in goa and also had the civil regestration. does a different marriage act apply.
