Is possible reinvestigation after submitting chargesheet in court

this querry is to all my seniors and experts. police has submitted charge sheet in court in a false case of 498a,323,324,3/4 without arresting.my query is , is reinvestigation possible after submitting charge sheet by police in court ? accused has not got AB or regular bail by now. as there is no provision of AB in UP.kindly direct thanks with regard.

No 're-nvestigation' is possible in these circumstances, rather there is no term like 're-investigation' in criminal procedure, Though the word 'further investigation' is used in section 173(8) of criminal.p.c. But it is the police on whom instance further investigation done. Accused can not insist for the same.

Section 173(8) of criminal procedure coe empowers the court to direct the police to make reinvestigation.
