i am a ca fianl student my age is 25 years i failed in ca final due to some reason like i dont have money so lots of disturbance from room partner like tat.i use to do job.my parent are not allowing to study they r asking me to job and i can have job of 8000 only i dont want to do job i want to study for next 4 months by which i know i will pass in ca final but i dont have money since last 2 years i have left home. we r a middle class family my parents have 8 acres land and always there is dispute betwn me and my family i want 2 ask now for the share in property so tat i can complete my study. is it correct to ask for share in case of inherited property......

your parents are your well wishers . they must be worried that you are 25 years old and not working . even if you ask for share in property and they refuse you are not going to get money . court case will take years .
just have detailed talk with your parents and ask them for 4 months time to complete your studies . then if you fail agree to do a job

ok sir they r disturbing me in house and but if i say that i am going to court than they will become ready they dont know about this tat itt needs time to get money and all tat
but wat shuld i do as they cant wait as i dont have house to live also plz reply sir just want to learn how to solve this kinds of problems and they are not ready to keep me in house for 4 month my father getting pension of 20000 monthly which is enough and brother running our own company i am ready to work in our company for 2 or 3 hrs daily but they r not ready for tat bcoz they want to give company to younger brother only that is the reason

when you inform your parents that you will file a case aginst them it will be counter productive . fighting legal case is an expensive proposition .
take a parttime job
