hello sir..i am and getting calls from unknown number.from November 2012.and i am sure that my friend has given my number to that person to make fun of me.he haven't used any abusive lang but he is making sms and blank calls & miss calls.so i thought solution that i will sen him sms that "it is a legal warning against your number that you are constantly calling to 91........the given number and this is a criminal activity so if we can any kind of contact from your side we will take strict action against your sim and the links in it...
so my question is this is technique right in every aspect????because if i will ask from him that who are you where did you find my number that he will enjoy that thing....which i dint want...

draw attention of your service provider to unsolicted calls from that number . request the to block calls from said number . if you continue to receive sms complain to police

make a police complaint in its cyber crime cell and wait for their response.
