Change of the registered address when property sold & same taken on ll

i have sold currently a small industrial shed & same is taken on the lease for 11 months. i am regurally ,paid the income tax ,vat ,cst,excise,custom,service tax,pf ,esic on the registered office which is soldlast month. on the LL Term base i ,have to make application to above mentioned statutory dept .pl guide me what procedure as licensee has to follow.? is licensor has also require to make the application for the same? is it compulsory? if not then they will get any trouble in future if i am failed to intimate the above mentioned authority for the change of the registered address? pl guide me in detail. as it is new transaction for me .

Pooja! This is very simple to intimate in writing to every mentioned department with the copy of the sale/lease-deed with the credentials of the buyer/licensee and changed address with the prayer to communicate in future at the changed address.
There is no specific format for this purpose.
