Illegal procedure

i am living in vileparle area,which is declared slum by s.r.a..now owner whom we paying rent is passed away and other illegal owner who illegally made forged doccument is calling all tenants one by one and forcing them or giving money to sign consent form.is it right way to put up project in s.r.a. Sir, can you tell me the procedure & also advice us how to stop that man.till now he has taken 55 percent consent.our owners heirs are also in tension so what is the suggetion pl. let us know.

If you know he is an illegal owner and forged documents, you may better reply him to claim the dues through court of law, by adopting a legal process.

file police complaint . the slum dwellers should get together and complain to the local police station that consent is being obtained by fraud .also raise the issue in press

you need consent of 70%of slum dwellers . what happens is the slum lords are law to them selves they enjoy political support and manage to obtain consent by threats to slum dwellers
