sir,my passport given to one consultancy.their material are seized by court about land problem.how to get my passport.

Apply for it's release before the court which
has sized the property of consultancy after checking the seize report if the same shows your passport too.

passport is in court seized material.what i further do. but the material seized by the local police and local lawyers. i consult our club lawyer told it's not a civil it is a criminal.

contact a local criminal lawyer . let him make an application to court under whose orders the materials belonging to consultancy have been seized

Generally such seized articles are not released till the finalization of the criminal case as the same has become case property but just for renewal of your passport or for vising abroad, you may move an application to the concerned court and take that on sapurdari to the satisfaction of the court temporarily.
