In Our Visakhapatnam District
Visakhapatnam, Gajuwaka, Anakapalli Additional District Courts are established.
Where as TWO FAMILY COURTS are established at Visakhapatnam.
I filed a divorce case in Visakhapatnam.
In this my petitioner resides at Anakapalli, respondent resides at Rajahmandury District
in this Anakapalli comes to Visakhapatnam District.
I REQUIRE CLARIFICATION ON DIVORCE CASE FILING JURISDICTION
WHETHER I FILED A CASE IN CORRECT JURISDICTION OR NOT

Yopu can also ask bench clerk, or Adm staff who file petition, They will tell you, wh is proper court.
I doubt, there can be TWO FAMILY COURTS in one city at Visakhapatnam.
One must be SD Civil for taluk places of the district, and Flamily Court for city of Viz.
