If one should not complaint against corrupt judges then what is use of High Court Vigilance....

Illegal judgment promotes crime in society,, who will take responsibility for this.

you can writ to complaint letter to register, they will take necessary steps. along with proof is must.

you may send a complaint to the concerned authorities in HC but make sure you have sufficient evidence to support your claim.

false and baseless complaints may invite problems for you.
