Notice under bmc act 394(4)

i got seize notice from bmc asst. commissioner under section 394(4).i was not aware of health licence.now what is legal advice for me.i am selling milk product and cold-drinks.
notice is under para (ii)of clause (e)sub section of (I)(e)&(ii)

so pl.tell me what to do
how i will get temperary health licence

You need to get engaged a local lawyer who shall not only prepare the legal reply of the notice but shall also arrange all formalities to get desired license on your behalf.
