respected sir,
i need your help i just want to know that when an accuse is in jail and he got registered for Haryana board exams then can the victims family came to know whether he had taken permission from the jail authority to appear in exam??? if he did not take permission and he passed the exam then what can be the action against his this illegal work???

It is not expected so.
Even if you are confirm, at first collect the proof of his appearance in exam, then ask under RTI information about permission from jail authorities.
If he is undertrial/ or in judicial custody complain to concerned court.
If he is convicted person complain to jail officials ie. IG Jail.

In the given matter, the victim family has got every right to initiate strong criminal action not only against such accused but against all such officials who violated law of land and permitted such person to take part in the examination centre outside of the jail without due permission of the court or jail authorities.
Use RTI application seeking collection of desired evidence and then move to the high court.
