i have filed one rti around one month back from Doordarshan asking information about my wife that what is her arrival and departure time between 5th jan, 2013 to 15th Jan, 2013 to office. No reply has come so far. I have appealed to the appelleate authority. How much time i have to wait. if they don't give any reply. What can i do in my part.

In case the appellate authority also do not provide you opportunity of hearing or no suitable or satisfactory reply is received, you can file a second appeal before SIC after a lapse of 2 months from the date of your first appeal.

Prefer appeal in the Appellate Body. If it also fails to give any result then file Writ in the high court.
