Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 14 March 2013
All persons who either signed or withdrew the amount out of the dead person may he be peon, relative or actual beneficiary, all have committed a grave criminal offence against whom a strong criminal case can be filed. FIR should be lodged and the matter can also be brought in the written knowledge of the bank manager so that appropriate action against the peon from his own department may also be got initiated and the record of the bank may also be got preserved otherwise peon may again play his 'game'..
