Dear Experts
Is there any citation/ref for minor employment experience also considered as experience?
It is required for appeal in bench of high court, chennai
Fact : License cancelled due to find the 6 months minor experience in the records submitted for 2 years service experience requirement of public sector(corporation).

Be kind in stating facts in a little more detail.What was the license about?Who gave it?to whom was it given?,etc.

If the experience was desired for 2 years, a person having only an experience of 6 months do not deserve to apply.

I will furnish the additional details for your perusal and opinion :
One of my client got selected as BPC gas dealership allotment, but subsequently he has intimated by BPC, his allotment is cancelled due to not complying the working experience of 2 years which he has submitted, since his experience is includes 6 months minor experience. Pl note that during the period of experience he is studying in part time b.com at govt college, moreover he has given the certificate of supervisor experience where he is a partner of that company.

You shall have go to the terms published by company. If the same demands experience of 2 years then you have no claim at all as selection do not ipso facto lead to scrutinize own procedure by the company.
