Authorisation letter to drive

I don't have driving license. So I have appointed a Paid driver.(Monthly salary basis)for my new personal car.Is there any requirement of authorisation letter to him for driving my car?

no you dont need to give him any authorisation letter for driving your car

no need of authorization but lot checking is taking place to avoid any disturbance give him a authorization letter that he is your driver

issue him identity card as driver.

No need for authorisation though would get standard authorisation in local motor vehicles offices for such things.

You need to check whether he holds valid license or not and also get it verified from the issuing agency instead of any authorization.
