Respected sir,

sub:love matter

we both are lovers from last 8 months,now she pointing me like haressed her ,
Her parents forced her keep case on me,she filed case on me,but i have proof of gmail chatand few messages from his number and her mother number. as evidence from last 8 months,and they filed a case like i am her brothers friend and i haressed her,but she is my lover,by her only i know his brother,i have proof for that also in my gmail chat, i have few messages from her mother number and his number like they sent a their account details to send money,and can i get call shet of my phone numbers in that some more messages which she sent to me, but i deleted in my phone,but those will be in the call list,how can i get call list, can i keep return case or shall i be calm down for compromise,in gmail chat i have all details like she propesed,she asked money,and she want to sleep with me naked all the night like,and she aked dont leave me like that,and their parents are harresed like that chat,she only promised to marry me,she want to talk with their parents and all chat i have,
court will accept the gmail chat as evidence or not.and in what way i have to solve my problem.and i have my cousion as evidence to who is 14 years old,she came out with me

one question:

court will support only girls or both

pls help me

depends on facts of case.

testimony of 14 years old would be considered by court.
Print out in court is admissible in evidence.

Respected sir,

now the girl came for compromise, after compromise in court, can i file cheating case on her,or any issues i will face by that girl,after compromise if i file a case on her they can also file any case on me.

please suggest me sir

If any compromise happens, better get into compromise and then forget about the girl.

It is not that in the entire world only that girl is available. There are plenty. In any case, it will be better for you to wait for some time and then go in for arranged marriage.
