In a criminal case when surety was asked to pay the bond amount by CMM can he go in appeal against the impugned order ? What will be the ground ?

No. He cannot go in appeal so no ground to be mentioned.

If surety comes forward to funish Bond then he shall have to comply other terms of the order.
No appeal lies against such order.
