Dear Sir,
My maintaince case was scheduled for hearing on 3rd April . While submitting the affidavit that was to be filled as per HC judgement - I had shown travel to outside only Delhi and NCR .
In 2011 we had gone to Udaipur (two families).My wife has filed the application alongwith one of my photo that I am lying I had been going out for excerisons and she has taken a print out of my Linked In profile as at the time of filing affidavit I was working in X company and in my profile shown Y company.
I had to change my job as I was being thrown out of the company due to non performance and I have joined new company with a lesser salary.
They have referred section 340 against me.
I have in abundance proofs against my wife which shall be shared in the court in the next hearing as on 3rd Apri the judge was on leave.
Notice against FIR has been served to my wife and next date of hearing is 15th April.
I wish to understand is my case on right track?? Any precaution I need to take.
Kindly guide me.

In maintenance case your travel details are 0f little importance.
Highlight the employment of your wife, if any and try to show your income as less as possible.
