How can protect myself and move forward towards divorce

My wife is suffering with sle which is diagnosed after 6 months of our marriage(2years back)her age is 21 and she is unable to perform routine works easily, and suffering from mood swings,dipression (i have that confirmation on prescription by psycartist 6 months back)now she attempted suicide by luck i stopped before attempt and handover suicide letter.
proofs i have

1. one and half year reports
2. suicide letter (stating no one responsible for her death)
3. psychiatry prescription stating she is suffering from depression. (6 months old)

how can i move forward to protect myself and my mother (father expired 6months back)

what else i need to move legally if i applied for divorce do i need to pay compensation to her
kindly throw some light on my issue

You shd hv protected your job first.
take her to psychiatic, get certify, then do needful :

so repeated Query:
Now:
you married in feb 11, u need to wait, continue get her treatment.
If she suicide within yrs of marriage, u will suffer criminal action.

This is not a ground for divorce.
Being an husband first discharge your duty to cure your wife than abandoning her in the garb of divorce suit.
