I wanted to know that in 498 case and DV case against me and my parents, does the my parents are allowed to leave the state as in bail it was written that they cannot without permission.and if permission is taken maximum for how much time it is granted and how much time does it take for all this .please suggest some remedy for this.

The conditions of bail can always be relaxed by court. Apply for relaxation of bail u/s 439 in the high court. It would be relaxed if not waived fully especially if the charge sheet is submitted.

The condition for moving one State to another without permission of the court is really a harsh step. You should apply to delete this term from high court.
