Caste is not a cloth to be changed when desired. Only your rebirth with SC/ST parents can make that possible.

The desire you have,and s truly said by Mr. Sudhir Kumar,millions have,is simply because of constitutional privileges conferred upon
those who are recognized as SC/St, backward,etc.
If parliament thinks to amend the Constitution and add to all those who
want to be SC/ST as SC/ST ,it may be possible.
What do i mean to say that CAST, AT PRESENT, IS ONLY FICTION OF LAW AND IS RELEVANT IN INDIA ONLY.
The great Manu only recognized Professions
which practice by people made it cast by heritage and politicians have been exploiting it .
No more truth lies in it.
