Husband sendng replyies on legal matter at home.

whenever i am submitting documents demanding details of Income, telephon bill, IT returns, maintence due statement etc. from my husband his Advocate always sending replies at my advocate's home or at my own home because their replies always found incomplete, false. So to avoide problems they are not submitting these types of replies in court. what can i do in this matter?

You move an application before the court and seek direction to the opposite party to produce the desired documents which are in their possession.

Your husband will also be submitting the said documents to the Court also. However,before submitting to the Court he is supposed to supply the same to you or your advocate. Therefore he is sending. What is your problem?
