Service apartment rules

I have a bungalow in Khamshet Maharashtra which I want to rent out as a service bungalow on daily basis to travellers and piknikers.
I am unable to find any rules and regulations over the internet. kindly adivce.

The bungalow is yours, you are its master hence decide whatever legal use you have to do of it. You need to get verification of your guests by way of documentary evidence.

there must be a municipal corporation in your area . if you want to use it as guest house or as lodge you may need permission from local municipal corporation

You want to use for commercial use hence, experts are rightly advised to take MC permission and also obtain Shop License.

So if I rent out the bungalow for 1 day or 11 months then I have to have a commercial use permission with commercial cooking gas and electric?

There are hundreds of such Bunglows in Lonavala, used by visitors/ guests. on daily/ weekly basis

You need not obtain commercial gas permission.
