My husband and I got marry before one year. my husband never told me that he had an another wife and two children. after passing one year he told me this. His first wife left him 4-5 years ago and never turned back, their marriage was forcibly by their parents. children were living with my husband's parent. I still love my husband too much and he also love me too much. He want to divorce his first wife but he feel scary that will she divorce me or not. when she left my husband she threaten him to spoil his life. Plz advice us how can he got divorce from his first wife.

your marriage is illegal . your husband has married you during subsistence of his earlier marriage . first wife can file case of bigamy . your husband has to file for divorce on account of cruelty desertion as she has left him more than 5 years back
